I sent them a request for a change in my policy drivers. They did not process that request in time and i continued to be charged for this driver on my policy. When i requested a refund for the time it took them to process my written requesty they gave me the run around for 3 months! I finally cancelled my policy and had to work it out with the insurance company directly. This company is run by an irresponsible, unconcerned individual who lacks a sensible work ethic. This sadly, is then repeated by his lacksidasical staff, who only equal him in their work ethic. Not one person here actually cares about you as a customer. They are only interested in getting your business at that time and not about actually keeping it. They will and do give you a run around if a problem arises and no one will take responsibility for their mistakes and lack of action.
