Run Away! You’ll be so sick and tired of these people before they’re done with your project that you’ll let poor craftsmanship slide to maintain your sanity. I hired them based on a recommendation that they would address any problems. Little did I know the workmanship would be so mediocre that the list of mistakes and oversights would grow and grow – to where I grew weary and settle for less than professional just so they didn’t compound a problem. If you hire them, expect poor communication, apprentice labor, and slow progress. They took 18 weeks for my job that was verbally promised to take 6 weeks by the company owner. Don’t believe their staff when they say “Oh he’s the best” at cabinets, at plumbing, etc…. Those recommended staff were for me the worst of their workers, and in hind sight these statements were probably decoys to mask deficiencies. Don’t leave them a lock box and house key or they may try to install previously-identified incorrectly ordered items or someone else’s leftover scraps that look “close enough” to yours, only for you make them remove it. I could go on and on about failed expectations.
