ORDER NUMBER 20951731 and 20966415
I have placed an order for my 2016 Lexus GS350 for part number NDS6223GS. (DVD & NAVI CONTROLLER) I have received this order two weeks ago and was sent a wrong part number (NDS6223EP) for 2014 Lexus GS350 and back. I'm so excited to open my replace order but all Sonic Electronix did was put a sticker on top of the old part number box and the original part still (NDS6223EP) which was the one they sent me two weeks ago. To me, this company is not respecting their customer's times and concern. If there is a 0 STAR. This company will get it from me. Don't waste your times with them. Go to Prestige Society for the same product and pay a little more for no headache. Now, I know why they Amazon for their payment (just to used Amazon's name for their own business) it is a shame, you can not stand on your own name to do business because you are abusing a very trusted company's name for own business. I can provide a few photos if you would like me to post them here.
