This company has the worst customer service i have ever encountered. No problem can be fixed with one call. it takes about a month and 15 phone calls to even begin resolving an issue. Alex never returns his calls and he never sends the items he says. this company will give you a headache. you won't be able to speak to an owner or manager... EVER!
