If you are going to deal with the public - you need to be POLITE to people- Ryan probably doesn't know what they means - I'll explain it to him here. You don't treat potential customers like you do. I deal with a lot of people and although you have a lovely product - you should not piss potential customers off with your rudeness as they will go on Social Media and tell the world. I am a VERY GOOD CONSUMER - and I don't appreciate your attitude to my friend. The product is nice and shiny - but your bad attitude tarnishes the sale. I'm VERY SORRY that I told my neighbor to check your products out because you were a Schmuk to him!
