Took more than 3 weeks to receive my order which never came and I ended up canceling!! Then when I called them, it took them forever to get their computers running and I was on the phone for 45 min waiting for an answer that they could've given me within 5 minutes had they invested in better computers.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. For sample orders, we ship via USPS and unfortunately sometimes the post office misroutes packages. We would be happy to have replacements shipped out ASAP, given that we are beyond the window with which we would expect delivery to be completed.
