As with the previous poster I am also disgustingly unhappy since my first and last dealings with "Supercare". First off if they actually cared that would be super. But what this business lacks in customer care, follow up, or issue resolution they throughly make up for in blown off calls, (lack of)knowledge of their own products, and general courtesy. I was promised and agreed on a rate to assist with a project but when it came time to pay (60 days later) I was severely under compensated and basically told "bugger off" with no clear explanation or valid reason why. I wouldnt say my experience with this place was bad but then again stomach ulcers and headaches may not be bad either..Im done. Out. Fin. Hands are washed with SuperCare. I only hope their patient care is better.
