i worked for tlc for several months back in 2010(loved it and would have stayed had it not been for circumstances with one of our kids).i worked under tracy the plumbing manager as a drain technician.i have been in the drain/plumbing business for over 30 years and have worked in several different states,under several different systems and i can honestly say that tlc is the MOST organized and MOST honest plumbing/utility company i have ever been with or been aware of.that goes from the owner(who is just a regular "guy"real down to earth)to the ladies in dispatch,to the guys and girls in the warehouse,to the service techs.they are also EXTREMELY reasonably priced.(they pay their guys hourly,not commission)...are they the end all for all things plumbing,nope.but they are pretty close.i know
that if you have a problem with them they will bend over backwards to resolve it(even if it's not their fault)...if you are looking for a company that is honest,fair,knowledgeable and will treat you like family,then you have found it...tom moore/west palm beach fl
