Regained my trust

Recently I had hired a small business plumber to service a backed up drain in my 40yr. old house. A week later I called the same plumber back because I had another backup. By the time that plumber was through he had convinced us that we would probably
be needing a fortune to replace the majority of our drains. After a few weeks of sleepless nights by worrying and fretting and even working on getting a home line of credit to do this work, I started talking with a co-worker who had mentioned what a great
job TLC had done replacing his water heater. I hadn't thought about getting a 2nd opinion, because I was convinced about the small business plumber being right. Fortunately, I had enough sense to follow up with TLC and talked with Robert Frodsham. GLAD I DID!
Robert and his assistant (I believe his name was Scott), came out and ran a visual check through all of our drains and even unclogged the drain that the small business plumber could not get unclog for our washer. Furthermore, the overall result was that I
did not need the repairs that I was told by the small business plumber. Robert and Scott you were TRULY sent to us as a Blessing! Thank God for good and honest people like the ones I met at TLC. You have definitely won my vote and future business.
