Tax Care Professionals took my money and left me hanging when it came time to complete the offer and compromise with the IRS neither the IRS agent or I could contact them. They would not answer phone or emails. Had to work with IRS on my own after paying TCP $3000.00. Now I have a monthly tax payment of $440.00 for the next 5 years or so, that I can not afford. And still have had no contact with TCP. This was after I checked them with the BBB.
