I have worked with hundreds of vendors in my years of leading and managing nonprofit organizations. Only a handful come close to the level of consistent professionalism and excellent customer service provided by Larry Walker and the entire team at the Alarm Company.
In response to an attempted break-in, we knew it was time for an alarm system. The Alarm Company came highly recommended to us. Larry assessed our needs, provided exactly what we needed quickly and effectively and the entire service has been trouble-free at every level. Everything he has ever said or committed to has been carried out 100% as stated.
Whenever we have a question or need, the response is lightening-fast. The Alarm Company protects six buildings for us on four campuses, and I cannot recommend Larry and the company highly enough. I have referred the Alarm Company to others, and all have been happy with their Alarm Company experience.
