Before using this company make sure you review the Return Policy. "Returns need to be requested within 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE." I ordered on Feb 26th, money removed from my bank account on Mar 1st, received the item on Mar 11th or 12th (no tracking visible on website menu, no email letting you know the item shipped), Used the online RMA request form on Mar 12th or 13th as the collar did not work with the change of 3 batteries never showing any sparks as the troubleshooting indicated, received voice mail on Mar 16th (18 days from invoice date) telling me I could contact PetSafe to exchange or troubleshoot collar and they would be sending an email with that info as well as RMA number. Did receive email containing only info to contact PetSafe, replied back requesting the RMA number AGAIN. On Mar 20th (22 days from invoice date) sent another email requesting the RMA number AGAIN and informing them I was contacting Better Business Bureau of not responding timely. On Mar 21st (23 days from invoice date) received email stating that a second email was sent on the 16th however the email address was entered incorrectly. On Mar 25 (27 days from invoice date) received voice mail from an unidentified person stating there must have been a "disconnect" as they had been responding timely. I promptly responded with email giving them a detailed report of their "timeliness" and what seemed to be a delaying tactic or lack of computer skills and follow up. On Mar 29th (31 days from invoice date) I received email stating my refund being processed, my bank processed the refund on Mar 30th. The original order was for $52.14, as soon as I cut through the hard clear packaging it cost me a 20% restocking fee approx $10.43. Because it shipped free to me, they deducted their outbound shipping and handling fees from my refund approx $7.32 for a total refund of $34.39. So now I have my UPS return shipping charges of $12.32 plus the $17.75 restocking and shipping fees for a total of $30.07 that I'm out and no collar to show for it and several migraine headaches. Enough said.
