Return Policy is a real joke

TWC return back to me a wig I had send back for a refund. Along with it was a letter saying that you couldn't issue a refund because the item was no long in the original factory condition.
WHAT?!?!?!? I wore the wig for 30 seconds, have not either washed, hair spray or anything else to the wig, the tags, padding and net was put back in the box and returned within a few days of receiving it.
I'm very disappointed. I have purchased close to $900 worth of wigs from that company.
Beware that their return policy isn't what they say it is. They pride themselves of providing good quality wigs at a low cost which they do... but a wig that you paid and not able to use ... is not cheap.
