They sent a shipment without me approving the trial cartridge. Then they kept increasing the minimum carton quantity so I now have a 12 year supply of toner. Every time a different guy would call me and then would send out another shipment even though I told him I did not want any more. The last shipment only had 6 cartridges in the box and they invoiced me for 8.
