We ordered the product in March and are very satisfied with the product and the timely manner we received the product. However after we ordered the product we received a call from there company verifying shipment and cross selling us on free trials to two other membership programs. The membership programs they cross sold are a scam. Not only did I not receive the free gift from these memberships, they over billed my credit card. Fortunately I was able to dispute these with my credit card company. Watch out for these memberships.

I called and made them aware of these issues and the customer service rep and manager where pleasant to talk with and said they would do what they could to resolve this. This is the only reason they get 4 instead of 5 stars.
