TV Parts Guy Ripped me off!!!

I ordered a power control board from TV Parts Guy. Received it after about a week but when I inspected it, it looked like it was a refurbished item (not as described). Then at further inspection, it was missing a few capacitors that the original had. I called and asked for a return authorization which I received and paid to send the item back. 2 months later, no return, no contact from TV Parts Guy. When I called and asked why, they said that the part I sent them was broken in half and that they had been trying to contact me many times. None of this was true, as I took pictures of both my old board and the new one they sent me to compare if they asked later what was wrong. The person on the phone (William) said that the box I sent it in was too small, it was the exact same box they used to send it to me. I informed them that I'll be filing a complaint with the Secretary of State and his words were "take your best shot". Don't do business with these scam artists!
