Vizio LED Driver

I ordered and received a Vizio LED driver from TVPartsGuy.com. The LED driver board was dead on arrival. The part was listed as used, and physically labelled as tested by TVPartsGuy. This leads me to believe it stopped working between the time it was tested and when I received it, or the original test was faulty. Regardless since I am not a registered TV repair shop, I am stuck with a dead board or a useless store credit. Fortunately I was able to get a working board from another supplier. Next time I will order new parts only.
