Prepare to be Ignored
I broke the coax connection on my Samsung tv. Rather than try to solder the connection stud back on, I decided to replace the board (not the cheap route but better than my solder skills). I installed the new board and got the backlight blink. I put my board back in and the tv worked. So I called these guys. Left a message. No returned call. I emailed. No response. I used the chat feature - no response. I called again. No response. I waited 2 weeks. So then filled out a return online. No response. Finally I just called Samsung and they sent a guy out and he said “yeah you got a bad board you need to tell these guys”. We put his board in and tv worked. So now I paid twice for the same thing. And these guys make off like a bandit. Still no response and I mailed the bad board back and Jeremy got it. Whoever that is. At least return a phone call.
