This Company is a joke! They don’t stand behind their work. Since the completion of plastering and retiling our pool. When they Jack hammered out our old plaster and tiles they cut our pool returns short so after putting in the plaster they decided to angle the pool returns deep into the plaster in an odd angle which is short cutting it and looks ridiculous/cheap. Also there are stains throughout the pool claiming we didn’t brush it thoroughly after completion of their work. All we get in response “we don’t warranty these problems” which isn’t a warranty issue, it’s an install issue and bad start up. I highly wouldn’t recommend this Company to anyone who’s looking to remodel their pool. They don’t seem to care about their customer concerns after they’ve been paid.
