Scammers and thieves. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH UNITED INTEGRAL

Purchased an item from them through Amazon. Paid for 3-5 day shipping. What isn't disclosed is they ship DHL from their facility to the USPS sorting facility closest to them. Purchased Item on the 3rd of Feb. They Shipped on the 8th of Feb (confirmed through tracking number). On the 13th I contacted USPS because the package had not arrived in Honolulu. Was told package was not locatable and was lost and to contact originating shipper. I did so multiple times. Finally received a response late in the day on the 16th of Feb stating they would contact USPS on Monday. I sent them an email back stating Monday was a holiday and that I at this point wanted a refund.
On Monday the 20th of February I received an email from them claiming they had contacted USPS today (it's Presidents day. The Post Office is closed) and that the USPS shipped my 2 pound computer processor by boat. USPS already stated on the 13th the package never left their sort facility and was lost. USPS does not ship small priority packages by boat. And they don't answer the phone on federal holidays. United Integral are scammers and thieves and will lie to you. They will steal your money, you will never receive your package and 1000's of complaints through Amazon, EBay and numerous websites including the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB of the Southland can't be wrong. Do not do business with these thieves...BUYERS BEWARE!!!
