I am having similar problems as everyone else here on this page. I am going to notify an authority if they do not close my account.
I ordered cologne. It didn't show up. Instead, the bill came. I cancelled the order. Weeks later, I choose to order a laptop. My credit limit went from $2,000.00 to 350, and a balance still remained for the cologne order I cancelled. Now I'm motivated to put an end to this. Thank you, Venue for causing me to notify an authority so I can not only legitimately shut you down, but legitimately do something to help my fellow man.
