I was really disappointed in the customer service. I ordered my insoles online. I know I did not sign up for automatic joint formula shipments. When I called, not only was I on hold three times trying to get through for over 9 minutes each but the operator said that there was no way I would get any refund since the second automatic shipment had been sent. Even though the packages were unopened so that I could return to sender. I called just to see what they were sending me and to cancel any more shipments. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor and recommended that I email the company on the website. I felt like they were making it exceptionally difficult to try to get my money back and didn't seem concerned that I was an unhappy customer at all. I have not formed an opinion of the insoles yet, since I haven't opened the packeage yet.
