This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered from their customer services representatives to their product. I continue to receive additional items that were not authorized as well as endless phone calls at home during all hours in the day. I hope everyone reads this before committing to this nightmare of a purchase. DO NOT BUY because you will be paying for the rest of your life and not only will your feet still hurt but everything else in between. I give this company no stars but that was not a option.
