We've been members for years, in large part because I could never get a hold of a live person whenever I called customer service and there's no way to cancel via their website.
I met the requirements, faithfully responded to every (overpriced!) feature title "special" and did not update my credit card info when my card expired. In fact, my account has had an expired card on it since September.
Yet they still managed to send me a shipment I did not request and did not authorize. And they still managed to charge my credit card, despite the expired expiration date.
I finally!! got a hold of a live person to close the account. But this club is WWAAYY more trouble than it's worth.
