I have the similar situation like Hiram, I paid for the sidekick slide I purchased with them online and didn't get a confirmation email till this day. I checked my credit card and it seems like they didn't charge me under the company name listed above; however somebody has been using my credit card account purchasing memberships for autotrader.com and cars.com a couple of days after I used my credit to this website. I emailed the merchant for wizard electronics, and one of the emails bounced back while the other (richardsandlofer@yahoo.com) went through---but still didn't get an answer. I also called them and it was an invalid number. The ratings on pricegrabber.com they posted on their website has some good reviews but beware, I just found out it belongs to another merchant.
