Fast and personable service. Good quality and beautiful Chinese Butterfly face plate and Chinese Flower hinges. Clear instructions for cleaning and installation (photos) on the internet. Incorrect brads were sent for the butterfly and when I called the staff was helpful and said they will send the correct brads out right away. I did receive the replacement brads. Overall I am very pleased.
