Feb 2009 I sent my laptop battery to batteryrefill.com another name for ebattery, Inc. and as of this date - May 27, 2009 I have made repeated requests by email, voice mail and three voice phone contacts and I still do not have my battery. I was told that the repair delay was due to parts availability problems. I was last promised a shipment May 6th and it never came. I consider this so-called business a sham by any standard. They do not meet their advertising of fast service, they do not answer any email or phone voice mail request for order status information and they do not answer their company phone reliably. On the THREE rare occasions I got them on the phone (I have called many dozens of times) they misinformed me (lied) about a pending ship date. I plan to contact the State of California district attorney office to make a formal complaint with the aide of a lawyer, my son-in-law. They rate NO stars - because I got no service and they stole my battery.
