Like everyone else I’ve experienced nothing but frustration with this company. I canceled my order in November of 2008. I’ve made numerous calls, occasionally got “Louis” on the phone who once sent me an email assuring me that I would receive the check in “21 business days”. Nothing. More calls, more assurances of payment, delays due to phone/computer problems, etc.
Oddly, when I was able to get through (after waiting sometimes 45 minutes on line, pressing all sorts of number combinations) they were always able to locate my order number, had my phone number and address. My last call 2 weeks ago connected with someone else who assured me that there were 10 checks that were set to go out on Monday (2 weeks ago). It must be coming by horse and buggy because it still hasn’t arrived!
If anyone does pursue a class action suit include me. I’m more interested in getting my time back!
If I could give this company a "star minus" I would.
