Such a bad experience doing business with this company. I order a battery replacement for my laptop last Feb 18, 2008 and it's been more than a month now and they haven't sent the battery yet. I've been calling them every week and they keep on promising that they will send it the next week. They don't even send me any status on my order, instead I need to call them in a non-800 number almost every week! Another bad thing about this company is they charge my credit card the same day I ordered. I already paid my credit card but I still don't have the battery. They promise me two days ago that they will refund my credit card and charge it again when they send the item but until now, my credit card was not refunded yet. If I'm not getting my refund by Monday, I will file a complain... My advice to comsumers is to not do business with this company.
